Ms. Yvonne Bowser-Caballero is an associate with Shipkevich PLLC, focusing on transactional services in global financial services, debt relief and settlement, FinTech, and emerging digital currency sectors.
Prior to joining Shipkevich PLLC as an associate in 2021, during law school Ms. Bowser-Caballero served as a law clerk with the Law Offices of Robert L. Muse, where she focused on compliance issues relating to corporate clients doing business in Cuba. In addition, Ms. Caballero worked as a student attorney with the Civil Advocacy Clinic, where she represented employees in a wage and hour dispute and contract matters in D.C. Superior Court. Ms. Bowser-Caballero was a semi-finalist in the 2019 Tulane Mardi Gras Invitational Appellate Sports Law Competition and participated in the 2018 International Trademark Association Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition focusing on issues arising from U.S. trademark and unfair competition. Ms. Bowser-Caballero is fluent in Spanish.
Ms. Bowser-Caballero earned her Juris Doctorate from American University Washington College of Law and holds a Bachelor of the Arts in History and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
