Krystina Endara serves as Partner of the Firm and leads the Firm’s Florida office. Krystina represents clients with respect to litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and transactional matters in the global financial, Fintech, debt relief and emerging digital currency sectors.
Prior to joining the Firm, Krystina represented a broad range of clients from individuals to some of the largest companies in the country and the world before state and federal courts in complex litigation matters, including breach of contract disputes, business tort disputes, trademark disputes, creditors’ rights disputes, real estate disputes, and more. Krystina also represented clients in the banking industry, with an emphasis on large-scale institutional lenders.
Krystina earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. While attending law school, Krystina was an active student who participated in numerous internships, clinics and student organizations. To name a few, Krystina participated in the University of Miami’s Investor Rights Clinic, where she assisted under-served investors in securities arbitration claims, and in the Startup Law Practicum, where she worked with entrepreneurs throughout Miami with respect to a host of legal issues affecting their respective businesses. Krystina was also recognized for her outstanding achievement in Pro Bono Work.
