David Landsman is a compliance professional with expertise in the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs. He is well versed in OFAC Sanctions, Counter Terrorist Financing and other financial crime. He has served as compliance officer for global money transmitters and is currently the executive director of the National Money Transmitter Association representing state-licensed money transmitter.
Mr. Landsman served on FinCEN’s BSA Advisory Group (the BSAAG) from 2007 to 2010. Has consulted for attorneys, given expert testimony and testified before Congress. He is a frequent guest speaker at conferences, and has addressed the World Bank, FATF and the UN Development Fund.
