Complying With the CFTC Swap Record, Reporting Rule

As part of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s implementation of rules required by Title VII of the Dodd-Frank Act, swap market participants will be required to keep comprehensive records of their swap trading activities and report this to swap data repositories, or SDRs.
