The office of Shipkevich PLLC seeks a senior associate or of counsel with 5+ years of commercial litigation experience. This is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will be able to run cases from beginning to end and should have experience with commercial and regulatory litigation. Tasks will include drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. A successful candidate will be a client-focused self-starter who takes initiative and has the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This can be a partner-track position for the right candidate. Must be admitted in NY.
